5. Independent Contractor Status (Massachusetts ABC Test)
By participating in the business opportunity provided by Coleman Family Travels, you are entering as an independent contractor. This means:
Coleman Family Travels exercises no control over how you run your business, schedule, or operations. You have full discretion in deciding how to meet your business goals, without direction or control from Coleman Family Travels. You are engaged in an independently established trade, occupation, or business of the same nature, and the success of your venture relies on your independent efforts. You are solely responsible for managing your business, including paying taxes, obtaining necessary licenses, and complying with any applicable laws.
No employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture is created by your participation in this business opportunity.
6. Refund Policy
All payments made for training programs, resources, and other materials offered through this funnel are non-refundable. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that once payment is made, you will not be entitled to any refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
